Service Engagement
All services require written confirmation and payment (either partial or full, as agreed) before work begins. Turnaround times and deliverables vary depending on the nature of the engagement and will be clearly communicated upfront.
Payments
Payments are due as stated in your invoice or service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees or service delays. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed during checkout.
Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. In general, cancellations are permitted before the start of services. Once work has begun, refunds may be issued on a prorated basis only at our discretion.
Client Responsibilities
By working with us, you agree to:

- Review and approve work within the agreed-upon timelines.
- Communicate any issues, delays, or concerns proactively so we can address them quickly.
Intellectual Property
All materials created by Strubbe Consultants (strategies, deliverables, reports, designs, etc.) remain the intellectual property of Strubbe Consultants until full payment is received. After payment, ownership of custom deliverables (excluding templates or proprietary frameworks) transfers to the client unless otherwise specified.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All proprietary or sensitive information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing agreed services.
Limitation of Liability
Strubbe Consultants will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability under any circumstances will not exceed the total amount paid for the services rendered.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service if a client violates these terms, engages in unethical behavior, or creates a hostile or abusive environment for our team.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
